All our products are handcrafted artworks made from natural materials such as real maple leaves, gourds, and wood frames.
Each item is unique — minor variations in color, shape, or texture are normal and part of the handmade character.

All orders must be placed through our official website or verified sales channels.
Full payment is required at the time of order.

Orders are processed in the order they are received.
Once an order is confirmed, production begins immediately — therefore cancellations are not possible after 24 hours.
Custom leaf or lamp carvings are made according to the photo or design you provide.
Please ensure the uploaded photo is clear, high-resolution, and authorized for use.
We are not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by low-quality or unclear image submissions.
A preview image may be sent before final processing for your approval. Once approved, the product is considered final and non-returnable.
Standard processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on order size and complexity).

Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier issues, or natural events.
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we can only accept returns for:
Damaged items upon arrival (photo evidence required within 48 hours).
Wrong item received.

Change of mind after approval or shipment.
