Refund and Returns Policy

At Leafy Haven, every piece is a unique work of art — handcrafted with precision, care, and natural materials.
Because of this, we maintain a transparent and fair return policy to protect both our customers and our artists.

Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Since our products are custom handmade artworks, returns are generally not accepted unless:

• The item arrived damaged or broken during transit.

• The item received is incorrect or does not match your order details.

In such cases:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Please provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue.

• Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after order confirmation or approval.

• Minor differences in color, texture, or shape (due to natural leaf and gourd variations).

• Custom-made or personalized items once artwork has been approved.

Refunds 

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days through your original payment method.
Please note that bank or PayPal processing times may vary.

Damaged Shipments

Every order is packed securely with multi-layer protection.
However, if damage occurs in transit:

• Do not discard the packaging.

• Send us photos of both the product and the outer packaging.

• We will file an insurance claim and issue a replacement or full refund.
